When do you collect payment for an order?
 
When you place an order on our website, your credit card or PayPal account is authorized for the total amount of the order. Your credit card or PayPal account are not permanently charged until your order is shipped.

Are all your products in stock? 

Not all products on this website are available at all times. If an item is ordered and is not in stock you will be contacted and an ETA will be provided.

What are your shipping cost? 

We have a standard flat fee of $40 for the Perth metro area. If not in the Perth metro area we will be in touch with any additional shipping costs.

Can I come to your store to make a purchase? 

Yes, in addition to our mail-order services, we have a retail location conveniently located at Unit 5/18 Brisbane Street Perth WA. Our hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
